Military personnel are conducting a fast-rope insertion/extraction (FRIES) exercise from a hovering helicopter onto what appears to be the flight deck of a naval vessel at sea. Two soldiers are visible descending ropes from the helicopter while ground personnel observe on the deck below. The image is captured during golden hour lighting, creating strong silhouettes against a partly cloudy sky.
