Tiny the Bulldog, 148th Fighter Wing mascot, wears a Grandma's Marathon shirt June 18, 2026, at the Grandma's Marathon Public Service breakfast in Duluth Minn. The 148th received the Rudy Perpich Public Service Award this year. Created in 2006 and named after the late Minnesota Governor Rudy Perpich, this award honors and celebrates current or former elected officials and public employees who have exhibited immense dedication and service to Grandma's Marathon.
