The 148th Fighter Wing was awarded the Rudy Perpich Public Service Award during the breakfast. Created in 2006 and named after the late Minnesota Governor Rudy Perpich, this award honors and celebrates current or former elected officials and public employees who have exhibited immense dedication and service to Grandma's Marathon.
