Doug Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet greets leadership aboard Royal Norwegian Navy Frigate HNoMS Fridtjof Nansen (F 310) after its arrival at Naval Station Norfolk for Fleet Exercise (FLEETEX) 250.
