Doug Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, speaks with sailors assigned to the German navy Sachsen-class air-defense frigate FGS Sachsen (F 219) after its arrival at Naval Station Norfolk for Fleet Exercise (FLEETEX) 250.
