The ceremony celebrated the opening of the state-of-the-art facility located on Naval Station Norfolk. The ROC operates as a centralized hub for readiness data, analytics, and decision support for all U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and was the brainchild of Meier when he was AIRLANT's commander.
