Rear Adm. Rich Brophy, left, commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (AIRLANT), and Scott Barry, the Director of the CVN Readiness Operations Center (ROC), cut the ribbon as part of the grand opening of AIRLANT's CVN ROC facility, June 11. The ceremony celebrated the opening of the state-of-the-art facility located on Naval Station Norfolk.
