Iowa National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 109th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, 67th Troop Command, provide immediate aid to critical injuries, and prepare to transport notional casualties in M997A3 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) ambulances for further treatment as part of a training exercise for Hawkeye River Run at Camp Dodge, Johnston, Iowa, June 8, 2026.
