U.S. Soldiers and Airmen with the South Carolina National Guard, conduct a change of responsibility ceremony to recognize the outgoing state command sergeant major, U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Norris McCall, and welcome the incoming Command Sgt. Maj. Davin Powell, June 6, 2026 at the Bluff Road Armory in Columbia, South Carolina. McCall, who served as the 14th state command sergeant major of the South Carolina Army National Guard, will assume the role as the South Carolina National Guard Senior Enlisted Advisor.
