U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the Fort Sheridan, Ill., based Central Medical Area Readiness Support Group, Army Reserve Medical Command, train on the four-person litter carry technique during the litter carry course held at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 2, 2026.
