U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the Fort Sheridan, Ill., based Central Medical Area Readiness Support Group, Army Reserve Medical Command, conduct training on the litter carry course at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 2, 2026. The event is part of CE-MARSG's ongoing effort to enhance individual soldier lethality and reinforce core warfighting skills.
