Educators attending the Educators Workshop participate in the Leadership Reaction Course at Officer Candidate School on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., June 2, 2026. The LRC is designed to evaluate one's ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and decisively lead a small team under pressure. The Educators Workshop gives college educators, administrators, and coaches from across the country the opportunity to see how Marines are recruited, trained, and developed into leaders.
