The exchange highlights our shared values of free cultural expression while building a connection between U.S. service members and a new generation in Normandy. From June 2-7, 2026, service members from the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Marine Corps will join service members from Allied nations to commemorate the 82nd anniversary of Operation Overlord, the Allied invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944.
