An Iraqi soldier cools himself off after a patrol, during which temperatures reached 115 degrees, on June 23, 2008. The patrol was in support of Operation Cougar Storm, implemented to clear the villages of Mullaid and Naquib, protecting the population and to re-establish Iraqi security forces and government of Iraq authority and legitimacy in the area.
