(May 27, 2026) Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport Colmer Dining Facility underwent a multi-million dollar modernization project as part of the Commander, Navy Installations Command's Shore Food Service Transformation pilot program, May 27. NCBC Gulfport was selected to implement the "campus style dining" initiative in support of the Navy's commitment to warfighter readiness, wellness, and performance through better nutrition.
