NEW ORLEANS (May 27, 2026) U.S. Navy Lieutenant Tyler Hernandez, Tulane Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) surface warfare officer (SWO) instructor, explains the virtual reality (VR) ship simulator to U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Erin E. O. Acosta, Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (CNMOC), during a tour of the Navy Building at Tulane University, May 27. This tour is a part of Sail 250 New Orleans.
