NEW ORLEANS (May 27, 2026) U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Erin E. O. Acosta, Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command (CNMOC), meets with U.S. Navy Captain Robert “Bob” Heely, Tulane Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) commanding officer, during a tour of the Navy Building at Tulane University, May 27. This tour is a part of Sail 250 New Orleans.
