Members of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union hold security in a cleared room during close quarters battle training led by U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to Chosen Company, 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, at Pabradė Training Area, Lithuania, May 24, 2026. The LRU operates across 10 districts in Lithuania, and the training conducted at Pabradė is designed to prepare its members to defend their home regions as part of a credible civilian resistance force along NATO's eastern flank.
