Reserve Airmen provided medical care to a simulated patient aboard a C‑17 Globemaster III at Joint Base Pearl Harbor‑Hickam on March 6, 2026. The exercise enhanced teamwork and reinforced safe patient‑movement procedures. Twenty‑seven service members from five Reserve and Guard units trained alongside active‑duty personnel during the five‑day Critical Care Air Transport Team event, strengthening medical readiness and improving joint evacuation capabilities.
