The hand-packaged eggs undergo quality control, as they are inspected based on cleanliness, integrity and shape. Robert Greenlaw of Earth's Echo Farm in Fredericksburg, Virginia, offers local, pasture-raised beef, pigs, poultry and eggs. Robert and his wife Gini have used a number of USDA programs to support their operation - including conservation programs to integrate rotational grazing elements into their operation and farm loans for working capital purchases.
