Robert and Gini Greenlaw of Earth's Echo Farm in Fredericksburg, Virginia produce 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef using regenerative grazing practices. They primarily raise South Poll, a medium-sized beef breed thrives on grass while withstanding southern heat and humidity. The Greenlaws have used a number of USDA programs to support their operation - including conservation programs to integrate rotational grazing elements into their operation and farm loans for working capital purchases.
