YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 15, 2026) - Culinary Specialist 1st Class Sherland Douglas receives a plaque for his selection as the Fiscal Year (FY) 26 2nd Sailor of the Quarter from Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Command Master Chief Dennis Hunt during an awards at quarters in the Fleet Theater. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
