YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 15, 2026) - Master at Arms 2nd Class Aaron Garcia receives a plaque for his selection as the Fiscal Year (FY) 26 2nd Quarter Junior Sailor of the Quarter from Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Command Master Chief Dennis Hunt during an awards at quarters in the Fleet Theater. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
