Yareem Lee, Pacific Air Forces Headquarters Offensive Cyber Operations, check on the Deployable Cyber Range during the Balikatan 2026 cyber defense exercise at Camp Aguinaldo, Philippines, May 5, 2026. The U.S. Indo-Pacific Command J7 Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability provided the DCR and tech support to allow cyber defenders from seven nations to practice identifying, mitigating, and responding to realistic cyber threats. Participants shared tools, tactics and procedures to grow their skill sets and build interoperability for collective cyber defense. Balikatan is a longstanding annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military that represents the strength of our alliance, improves our capable combined force, and demonstrates our commitment to regional peace and prosperity.
