Navy Exchange Service Command Hospitality Group associates from all over the globe gathered at the 2026 Leadership Symposium May 5 – 7, 2026, in San Diego. The event, ‘Experience 360. It Starts With People,’ focused on leadership, operations, guest experience and associate engagement in the military hospitality environment. During the symposium, retired Rear Adm. Robert J. Bianchi, Chief Executive Officer of NEXCOM, pictured on the right, held a fireside chat with moderator, Stephen Pepe, Director of NEXCOM Hospitality Group’s Reservation Center.
