"That's the guy right there, he's ready," said Cpl. Ryan Winkelbauer, from Omaha, Neb. with Maintenance Company, 1st Supply Battalion (Reinforced) as he pointed out a throbbing vein on his extended forearm. Winkelbauer was one of the many service members aboard Camp Taqaddum who came to donate blood for an Iraqi policeman who was injured by an improvised explosive device, June 19.
