Justin Eckhoff, executive officer of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68), briefs embarked Uruguayan government and military personnel, including Yamandú Orsi, the president of Uruguay, on flight deck operations during a distinguished visitor tour in the Atlantic Ocean, May 2, 2026.
