A U.S. Army Green Beret assigned to the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) sits in a CH-47 Chinook from 25th Combat Aviation Brigade during Exercise Balikatan 2026 at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines, April 30, 2026. Green Berets and Philippine operators from the First Scout Ranger Regiment conducted a simulated direct action hostage rescue mission using two CH-47 Chinook helicopters as an air assault platform.
