Pfc. Caleb Rohrer, a medic assigned to 550th Medical Company Area Support, 44th Medical Brigade prepares a drone to conduct a medical resupply mission during Project Hermes at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, April 28, 2026. This was the first time Soldiers from across the brigade with no prior drone experience were trained over four days to become proficient in operating unmanned aerial systems, which enabled them to support missions such as aerial resupply in a simulated operational environment.
