Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Sculley and U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Byron Hepburn unveil the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences plaque inside the new Air Force Postgraduate Dental School and Clinic, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, June 20, 2012. This building is a $38 million dollar project that began in 2010, and officially opened its doors in 2012 to patients. Sculley is senior vice president for University Programs and executive dean of the Postgraduate Dental College of the Uniformed Services University.
