    25th Infantry Division

U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Jackson Glassel, a fabricator noncommissioned officer in Charge with the 3d Littoral Logistics Battalion, 3d Littoral Combat Regiment, 3d Marine Division, uses a handheld 3D laser scanner to create a digital model of a component at The Forge, a joint U.S. Indo-Pacific Command manufacturing asset during Exercise Balikatan 2026 at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines, April 26, 2026. Glassel serves as the Marine liaison for the facility, which provides reverse-engineering and manufacturing support for all service branches. Balikatan is a longstanding annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military that represents the strength of our alliance, improves our capable combined force, and demonstrates our commitment to regional peace and prosperity.
