    Retired Army Sgt. 1st Class Javier Mackey, a contractor with the Army’s Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3), speaks to a crowd of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines during a Medal of Honor (MOH) recognition ceremony for Army Staff. Sgt. Robert Miller following morning colors on board Naval Support Activity Orlando (NSA Orlando) on April 29, 2026. The weekly ceremony brings together military and civilian personnel from units located on board NSA Orlando and the surrounding area including CPE ST3 to honor MOH recipients and disseminate important Team Orlando information. This week’s event was hosted by the CPE ST3 staff and personalized with remarks by Mackey who had served with Miller during Operation Enduring Freedom at the time of the heroic action which resulted in his death.
