Mattis, director of strategic effects for U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa and commander, Task Force 66, celebrates the latest class of Naval Postgraduate School graduates during the Summer With synthetic battlefield emissions data provided by NATO, a team of four Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) midcareer officer scholars developed a proof-of-concept analytic interface for operators and analysts to help uncover the sources of these emissions.
