Fox River Section Chief/Engineering Technician Ray Frana lead Chicago District Emergency Management Chief,
Bob Paluch, and Chief of Operations, David Bucaro, through Upper Appleton Dam following severe weather events effecting the Fox River watershed. The team inspected area projects to ensure they are operating as designed, allowing the maximum amount of water to flow through in order to mitigate impacts.
