An ADCP flow measurement device mounted on a small boat was used to measure flow in the Menasha channel to determine exactly the rate of flow leaving the Menasha dam. USACE staff has been continually taking flow measurements beneath the dams and inflows going into the lakes. This allows staff to forecast what is coming in, going out, and the changing lake levels, which helps predict future conditions.
