U.S. Marine Corps 1st Sgt. James Miller, left, a Florida native and the Headquarters and Service Company first sergeant with the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, presents the Gung Ho award to Cpl. Davis Dunn, a Georgia native and data systems administrator assigned to CBIRF, at the Corporals Course 1-26 graduation at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, Maryland, March 20, 2026. Dunn was voted the Gung Ho by his peers for best exemplifying teamwork, motivation and dedication throughout the course. Corporals Course prepares junior noncommissioned officers to assume greater responsibilities by reinforcing Marine Corps policies, traditions, warfighting principles and small-unit tactics.
