Emmanuel Orozco, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians, with the 716th EOD Company, 303rd EOD Battalion, the 8th Military Police Brigade and U.S. Army Pacific, received third place awards during the 2026 All-Army EOD Team of the Year Competition award ceremony, at Fort Lee, Virginia, April 24, 2026.
