Juan Carlos Uribe during a change of command ceremony for NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC) onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, April 24. Uribe received the award for his exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding service as commanding officer, NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC), from August 2024 to April 2026. During the ceremony, Capt. Don McIntyre relieved Uribe as commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC.
