U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 36th Logistics Readiness Squadron Traffic Management Office build a staging area for relief supplies at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, April 20, 2026. Airmen built staging areas in preparation for loading cargo onto aircraft in support of Typhoon Sinlaku relief efforts bound for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. 36th LRS TMO Airmen worked alongside base augmentees from squadrons across Andersen AFB to keep relief supplies moving. Joint military service members from across U.S. Indo-Pacific Command are dedicated to working with Guam and CNMI civil and local officials to recover from the devastating impacts of Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
