U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules aircraft assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron sit on a runway at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, April 18, 2026. The 36 AS has delivered food, water, equipment and supplies to Saipan residents in the Northern Mariana Islands Territory. Military organizations are providing Defense Support of Civil Authorities in coordination with respective governments to Typhoon Sinlaku impacted areas across the Southwest Pacific Ocean.
