Moderated by U.S. Navy Cmdr. Kathryn A. Paradis, Marshall Center military professor, the panel featured Jill Goldenziel, Ph.D., professor at the National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace, and Joanna Siekiera, Ph.D., assistant professor and adjunct professor at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.
