    The Marshall Center hosts an online seminar March 25, 2026, bringing together alumni from the Marshall Center, the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, and the Ted Stevens Center to examine how Russia and China are learning from one another’s lawfare approaches and the implications for strategic security. Moderated by U.S. Navy Cmdr. Kathryn A. Paradis, Marshall Center military professor, the panel featured Jill Goldenziel, Ph.D., professor at the National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace, and Joanna Siekiera, Ph.D., assistant professor and adjunct professor at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.
