A U.S. Sailor prepares to launch an F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to the “Kestrels” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 137, from the flight deck of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) in the Pacific Ocean, April 14, 2026.
