U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Jeffrey (Jeff) Jones, deputy adjutant general for South Carolina, presided the ceremony. Family members, friends, and Soldiers of the 59th ATC attended the event to honor Parsons’ service to the country and lifelong contribution to the Army Aviation community.
