The two British soldiers were awarded the Noble Patron of Armor, which is an award presented by the U.S. Armor Association to non-armor members, civilians, and supporters who provide exceptional, consistent service to Armor and Cavalry units. Some Soldiers with 3-8th CAV were able to join the Anti-tank, Sniper and Recce Carter Course the 2nd Royal Anglian Regiment were conducting.
