During the Volunteer Award Ceremony at Fort Indiantown Gap on April 11, 2026, members of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) were honored with the 7 Seals Award for their notable contributions. April marks Volunteer Appreciation Month. ESGR, an all-volunteer organization, promotes awareness of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and encourages civilian employers to support and value the military service of their employees. Several volunteers were recognized for their dedication and commitment to the Department of Defense.
