The fourth and final stage of a Northrop Grumman Minotaur IV rocket is secured at Space Launch Complex 8 at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., March 23, 2026. This Minotaur IV will support Space Systems Command’s Space Test Program S29A (STP-S29A), carrying a variety of Department of War, U.S. Space Force and academic institution payloads. .
