    U.S. Army 2nd Lt. Korrie Drakes and Sgt. Brandon Bugai, with the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border, receive multiple Skydio X10s delivered by the 3rd Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, in San Antonio, Texas, March 28, 2026. This unmanned aircraft system detects illegal crossings and enhances aerial monitoring capabilities. U.S. Northern Command is working side-by-side with the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection within narrowly defined authorities to provide unique military capabilities to protect the territorial integrity of the U.S. southern border.
