U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Randel Metzinger, director of the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band, conducts his Marines, and members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force with the 15th Brigade Band, at Camp Yonaguni, Yonaguni, Japan, March 27, 2026. The performance celebrated the 10th anniversary of Camp Yonaguni and served to strengthen the relationships between the forces. Metzinger is a native of North Carolina.
