U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Troy Oberholtz, a tuba instrumentalist with the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band, performs with Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members with the 15th Brigade Band, at Camp Yonaguni, Yonaguni, Japan, March 27, 2026.
