Rapid Support Non-commissioned Officer (NCO) of the quarter Sgt. Joseph Meisberger, 195th ETO, USAR, transportation specialist and HAZMAT NCOIC currently attached to the 841st “Gator” Battalion , faces off with a board of senior NCOs during the competition held March 6, 2026, at the Rapid Support headquarters at Fort Eustis, Va. After a strong showing during the Army Fitness Test, Meisberger proved his knowledge of Army core competencies and demonstrated his strong commitment to the Army Values and the NCO Creed by by answering a series of difficult scenario-based questions from the board.
